    From the warm welcome with flowers and traditional treats to the attentive and friendly staff, my experience was lovely. The spacious room with a balcony provided a private retreat after a day of exploring. The restaurant staff's hospitality was exemplary! Don't miss the delicious breakfast and cocktails by the pool!

    Really good hospitality and spacious rooms

    The beautiful king room was spacious and well-equipped with a lovely balcony overlooking the gardens. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, a real treat to start the day. It could be more conveniently located as it's a bit far from the city center, but transportation is easily arranged.

    A good escape with warmth

    Waking up each day to the sound of soft birds chirping was magical. The staff was attentive.

    I did wish for a wider variety of breakfast options. It felt limiting considering the quality of the other meals offered.

    There were cozy beds and an electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar and climate control inside the room. The location was marvellous and quiet, just next door to Siem Reap, Airport and the City, and the restaurant, in a lovely area.

    Family with children will appreciate it

    The staff were cute and arranged all sorts of cool stuff for us. The pool right outside our room was perfect for keeping the kids entertained while I enjoyed my coconut juice! They really took care of everything, even packed us breakfast for our early sunrise tour of the temples.

    It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for the experience we got.

    Chill pool vibes after temple trips

    We spent 5 nights here and loved it! The pool area was the perfect escape after hot days exploring temples. Mr Naroth, the barman, was super attentive and kept our drinks filled. The BBQ by the pool was a steal. Only thing was the WiFi could be spotty at times, kinda annoying.

    I was disappointed with the breakfast quality. The eggs and bread seemed stale, forcing me to find breakfast elsewhere most days.     great service but timing issues with the spa

    The service from the staff was really good, particularly the front desk team who organized a timely airport pickup. The spacious room offered a comfortable retreat with a relaxing pool view, nice for a peaceful escape after busy days. The tuk-tuk drivers provided quick access to local attractions even though the hotel was slightly outside the main area.

    The spa appointments were not as timely as I had hoped, which disrupted my relaxation plans.
