Exceptional hospitality and spacious rooms
I had a wonderful stay, thanks to the exceptionally friendly staff who were always ready to help, whether it was arranging tuk-tuk rides or providing advice on local tours. The deluxe king room was spacious and well-equipped with a lovely balcony overlooking the gardens, making it a perfect spot to unwind. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, a real treat to start the day. It could be more conveniently located as it’s a bit far from the city center, but transportation is easily arranged.

A delightful escape with warmth
Waking up each day to the sound of soft birds chirping was truly magical. The staff was attentive and made every moment more enjoyable during our two-night stay.
However, I did wish for a wider variety of breakfast options. It felt limiting considering the quality of the other meals offered.

Family with children will appreciate it
The staff were cute and arranged all sorts of cool stuff for us. The pool right outside our room was perfect for keeping the kids entertained while I enjoyed my coconut juice! They really took care of everything, even packed us breakfast for our early sunrise tour of the temples.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still acceptable for the experience we got.

We had an amazing stay at this tranquil resort, where my whole family, including grandchildren, enjoyed the beautiful gardens and the refreshing pool. The staff were incredibly friendly and tailored activities to fit everyone’s interests. We loved the wellness sessions, too!
In my wife’s opinion, a kids’ club would be great.

Chill pool vibes after temple trips
We spent 5 nights here and loved it! The pool area was the perfect escape after hot days exploring temples. Mr Naroth, the barman, was super attentive and kept our drinks filled. The BBQ by the pool was a steal. Only thing was the WiFi could be spotty at times, which was kinda annoying.

During my stay, I was disappointed with the breakfast quality. The eggs and bread seemed stale, forcing me to find breakfast elsewhere most days. Additionally, the mosquitoes were overwhelming, and I found no mosquito repellent provided in the room. Housekeeping was also a letdown. toiletries weren’t consistently replaced despite usage.

great service but timing issues with the spa
The service from the staff was exceptional, particularly the front desk team who organized a timely airport pickup. The spacious room offered a comfortable retreat with a relaxing pool view, allowing for a peaceful escape after busy days. Additionally, the tuk-tuk drivers provided quick access to local attractions even though the hotel was slightly outside the main area.
The spa appointments were not as timely as I had hoped, which disrupted my relaxation plans.

I loved the convenient proximity to both the Cambodian Cultural Village, which is just a quick 1000 meters away, and the vibrant Pub Street, about 3 km from my stay where I enjoyed the local shops and lively atmosphere, making it perfect for weekend strolls. the staff was notably friendly and helpful, ensuring I felt right at home during my entire trip.
